Features

Traverse Icon 6

Resistance To Stress / Deformation / Breakage

Unique “Variable Heat Treatment” technology offers enhanced resistance to torsional stress and breakage compared to other glide path files on the market*.

Traverse Icon 5

Simplified Procedure / Reduced Chair Time

Compared to traditional hand files, Traverse requires fewer instruments to establish the glide path, which improves efficiency and reduces chair time*.

Traverse Icon 1

Superior Rotary Glide Path

Traverse rotary glide path technology enhances your technique by creating a more tapered glide path that reduces the workload on subsequent shaping files when compared with .02 taper rotary glide path files*.

Traverse Icon 2

Overcome Calcifications and Difficult Anatomy

A triangular cross-section and rotary motion are highly efficient at overcoming canal impediments.

Traverse Icon 3

Maximum Flute Diameter

With a maximum flute diameter of just 1mm, Traverse preserves more natural tooth structure than continuous or progressively tapered files.

Traverse Icon 5

Non-Cutting Tip for Enhanced Control

Minimizes the chance for ledging or perforation of the canal. Optimized torsional strength makes files less likely to separate and provides greater control.

Testimonials

Rotary endodontic file system Traverse allows to achieve ideal glide path for further instrumentation of teeth canals. It consists of orifice opener file and rotary files for smoothing canal walls and preparing proper glidepath. These can be used inside canals after establishing working length with a hand file ISO 10. For many years I have been using in my own endodontic practice exclusively rotary-reciprocal system TF Adaptive, and I am very pleased with results. Traverse system completes my established endodontic files sequence that I have been using for years. It allows to prepare canal entrance without a risk of any roughness when putting next file form a sequence inside canal. I can change from hand file to TF Adaptive file much easier than before. This moment is usually most risky during endodontic instrumentation as there is a lot of load generated on the file and it is prone to wear faster. When I am using Traverse 13/06 file, I know that these problems are eliminated completely as this file will prepare glide path for my next TF Adaptive file. And it will be completely safe to work in the canal with minimized wear of all the TFA files. The tip of Traverse files has no cutting abilities and I feel that it is safe to work with it in canal, as there is no risk of creating a via falsa. I checked it myself and I am sure that using Traverse system means faster instrumentation of root canals and allows to avoid too much load and wear for my TF Adaptive files.
